Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Tighes Hill, NSW. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include processing transactions, maintaining product displays, and keeping the store organized. The role requires an individual who is proactive, customer-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service, Communication, and Interpersonal skills
  • Sales and Product Knowledge related to power tools and equipment
  • Inventory Management and Organizational skills
  • Basic Math and Computer skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Tighes Hill, NSW
  • Previous retail experience is beneficial
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
