Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating sales leads, building customer relationships, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
  • Negotiate and close sales deals

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
  • Proven sales experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
