Transgrid are currently looking for
Senior Business Process Analyst
to join our team. The role will contribute to the development and execution of enterprise-wide Process Analysis and Management practices, with a focus on operational excellence, digital enablement, and strategic alignment. This role emphasises BPM as a core capability, supported by foundational business analysis skills. The role leverage s industry frameworks such as APQC, Lean, and Six Sigma, and align with utilities sector standards to drive consistent, measurable process excellence. It requires a Senior Business Process Analyst to lead its end-to-end process development and to improve BPM maturity across the business.

About You
We're seeking a collaborative, technically capable professional who can step straight into the role. Ideally, you'll have:

  • Extensive experience in business process management, including process modelling , analysis, and improvement.
  • Strong familiarity with APQC PCF, Lean, Six Sigma, and BPMN standards.
  • Experience working within or supporting utilities sector operations (e.g., energy, water, infrastructure).
  • Proficiency with BPM tools (e.g., Signavio , ARIS, Nintex) and process performance frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of foundational business analysis practices (e.g., BABOK).
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, BPM, CBAP, APQC) are highly desirable.
