Job Description

Total Experience: 5+ years' experience in finance process improvement, finance operations, or related roles (banking or financial services preferred)

Must have Skills:

· 5+ years' experience in finance process improvement, finance operations, or related roles (banking or financial services preferred).

· Strong understanding of core finance processes.

· Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes.

· Hands-on experience with process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow documentation.

· Familiarity with automation tools (e.g. Excel macros, or similar) a strong plus.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

· Ability to work independently, prioritise, and deliver outcomes on time

· Advanced Excel skills (pivots, v-lookups, complex formulas, VBA)

· Ability to manage time effectively, handle more than one issue at once and adhere to strict deadlines

· Strong problem-solving skills and technical mindset

Purpose of Role:

· Drive the process improvement drive within finance

· Streamline processes to drive accuracy, efficiency and automation across a number of processes

· Liaise with internal stakeholders across departments and work closely with the finance team

· Uplift procedure documentation
