Exciting Management Opportunities for TSPV-Cleared Professionals

Location: Canberra (Onsite)

Contract: 12 months + 2×12-month extensions or Permanent with Vectiq

Clearance: Active TSPV required

Vectiq is seeking TSPV resources to fill multiple roles within a secure Federal Government department. These positions are ideal for professionals with ITIL knowledge, strong communication skills, and a passion for improving ICT processes.

Available Roles:


• IT Asset Manager
– Focus on Software Asset Management, licensing compliance (Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, IBM, VMware), and optimisation. ServiceNow experience highly valued.


• Knowledge Manager
– Drive knowledge management, content governance, and self-service initiatives. Requires strong stakeholder engagement and ITIL knowledge practices.


• IT Incident & Problem Manager
– Lead incident/problem management, major incident responses, and root cause analysis. ITIL and ServiceNow preferred.


• IT Configuration Manager
– Oversee CMDB governance and configuration compliance. ServiceNow CMDB expertise and ITIL process experience desirable.


• Change & Release Manager
– Manage change/release lifecycle and CAB processes, ensuring smooth integration with CI/CD pipelines.
