Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Canberra for a General Manager. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing strategic plans. Other tasks include managing budgets, optimizing operational efficiency, and upholding company standards and values.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and management experience, including staff supervision and team building
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans
  • Budget management and financial acumen
  • Customer service and client relationship management skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the security and/or cleaning industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
