Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at Betty's Burgers, located in Canberra. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory, and implementing company policies. Additional tasks include scheduling, training, and doing quality control checks to ensure service standards are met. The Assistant Manager will support the Manager in achieving business goals and ensure a smooth operation.

Qualifications

  • Experience in staff management, scheduling, and training
  • Skills in customer service and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Competency in inventory management and quality control
  • Ability to implement and enforce company policies and procedures
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in the food service or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
