We're seeking a Construction Manager to lead our QLD operations—driving project success through safety, precision, and collaboration.

About the Role

As Construction Manager, you'll oversee the planning and execution of major construction projects from concept through to completion. You'll lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate site operations, and ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

You'll thrive on solving complex challenges, mentoring emerging leaders, and ensuring quality, compliance, and performance targets are achieved across all projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate project delivery teams from pre-start through completion
  • Oversee construction methodology, sequencing, and resource planning
  • Identify risks early and develop practical mitigation strategies
  • Manage client relationships and stakeholder engagement
  • Drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, and cost control
  • Ensure documentation, reporting, and compliance meet company and legislative standards
  • Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and excellence
What You'll Bring
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar (or trade background with 10+ years' experience)
  • Proven experience managing large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Solid understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and safety systems
  • Excellent communication and client management ability
  • Proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and Microsoft Office tools
  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
