About the Role:

Due to company growth, our client is seeking an organised Office Manager to take ownership of the Administration, operational systems and people compliance to ensure the workflow of the office and sites. You'll be joining a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground kind of business - and we're looking for an Office Manager who's the same.

Reporting to the General Manager, this role will see you:

  • Manage small administrative team and their duties
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation and transfers
  • Coordinate HR administration including onboarding, and right to work checks
  • Manage mandatory learning and compliance tracking
  • Support management with reporting, compliance records, and meeting correspondence
  • Manage supplier accounts, orders, uniforms and stock tracking
  • Maintain reward and recognition initiatives
  • Coordinate events – Melbourne Cup, birthdays, RUOK Day

About you

  • Must be available to start by Monday 17th November
  • Previous experience in office management
  • Trade or construction industry experience highly regarded
  • A proactive mindset, financial awareness, and a sharp eye for detail
  • Ability to update company website and social media channels (desirable)
  • Can juggle a variety of tasks without missing a beat
  • A good sense of humour (office banter is part of the culture)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
