We're looking for a Resource Coordinator to keep our fabrication and construction projects running smoothly — ensuring the right people, equipment, and vehicles are ready to roll when needed.

What You'll Be Doing

In this hands-on coordination role, you'll:

  • Plan and allocate site labour, rigging crews, and equipment
  • Coordinate mobilisation and demobilisation for projects
  • Schedule and track maintenance for vehicles, cranes, and lifting gear
  • Maintain accurate resource trackers and equipment registers
  • Work closely with Project Managers and Site Supervisors to reduce downtime
  • Liaise with suppliers and maintenance providers
  • Support safety compliance, training documentation, and timesheets

You'll be the go-to person for keeping our site operations efficient, organised, and compliant.

What You'll Bring
  • Trade or technical background in rigging, engineering, or construction
  • Experience in site or project coordination within a construction or fabrication setting
  • Solid understanding of equipment and vehicle maintenance processes
  • Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft 365 and scheduling tools
  • Construction White Card and High Risk Work Licence (Rigging) desirable
  • Current driver's licence required
