We specialise in consulting, designing, supplying, installing, integrating, maintaining, and servicing commercial CCTV systems, access control, workforce access management, intruder detection, perimeter solutions, gates, nurse call, and duress systems

Due to continuing growth, our Mackay has an immediate position available for a Training/Compliance Administrator  who would like to join our fun and dynamic team.

The work is diverse and involves the mining,commercial,industrial and government sectors:

Key Responsibilities of the role:

  • Assist with on-boarding of New Employees
  • Book Pre-employment checks & QLD Coal Board Medical (Res-health)
  • Organize & Manage Inductions
  • Maintain Compliance across external & internal systems
  • Maintain & Update Skills Matrix ,employee records and training documents
  • Management of Job-cards,and task management through CMS/CMP/CMF , including Intelics System
  • Support Mackay office teams in co-ordination of Projects and liaise with Site Supervisors
  • Preparation of Documentation as required for Project Teams
  • Vehicle & Equipment Management and Compliance
  • Conduct Monthly & Quarterly Safety Review Meetings with Sites
  • Administrative support for any ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Administration experience with mining or heavy industry exposure
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Contractor Management systems & BHP Intelics
  • Ability to problem solve and think on your feet
  • A passion for helping the team with whatever jobs need doing
  • Excellent time management & record keeping skills
  • Qld Drivers License
