Located in Collinsville, this is an fantastic opportunity to join a leading, responsible client with a track record of excellence in supplying high quality coal.

What You Will Be Doing

This role provides day-to-day administrative support to the HST team. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting contractor management – onboarding, compliance checks, and record keeping
• Assisting with training coordination and maintaining registers
• Providing admin support across safety and training systems (e.g. SharePoint, SolvInjury, LMS)
• Preparing reports, presentations, and safety communications
• Coordinating audits, inspections, meetings, and toolbox talks

What You Will Need

• Strong administration experience (mining or HST background highly regarded)
• High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with SharePoint, learning management systems, or contractor systems is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-focused approach
• Current Resume, Standard 11, Coal Board medical and Drivers License
• The ability to pass a pre-employment medical
