Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced Train Drivers to join our team to support the operational requirements of our valued clients. If you're a qualified and safety-focused driver with experience in heavy haul and freight environments – we want to hear from you.

Job Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet certain safety, compliance, and competency standards. We're looking for qualified drivers who are committed to safe operations and have the skills to handle dynamic rail environments.

  • Hold a Certificate IV in Train Driving – TLI42615 or equivalent
  • Possess a current C Class Driver's Licence
  • Have Safe Working Accreditation
  • Ability to complete a Category 1 Rail Medical and Drug & Alcohol test
  • Show strong knowledge of rail safety and handling procedures

Job Responsibilities

This role involves operating freight trains in a variety of environments while adhering to safety standards, client procedures, and operational requirements. You'll be expected to work both independently and as part of a team, using strong communication and judgement in high-risk environments.

  • Operate locomotives across mainline, yard, and construction sites
  • Wear correct PPE and comply with site safety expectations
  • Communicate effectively with team members, controllers, and supervisors
