Job Description
New channel development (0-1 expansion)
· Lead the end-to-end development of new offline channels, mainly focusing on Hyper and B2B niche markets.
Formulate and implement strategies, build business among target customers, and drive initial sales and sales.
- Sales and gross profit margin performance
Be responsible for achieving regional sales and profit targets across multiple brands.
Monitor sales and inventory conditions.
- Key account management and relationship building
Identify, visit, negotiate and ensure the establishment of new partnerships with Hyper and B2B customers.
Maintain long-term and solid cooperative relationships with channel partners to ensure high satisfaction.
- Channel Strategy and Innovation
Develop innovative methods to enhance in-store visibility, sales, promotions and event activation.
Explore new scenarios and opportunities in the super and B2B sectors to increase market share.
- Cross-functional cooperation
Work closely with the marketing, supply chain and product teams to ensure the consistent implementation and support of the channel plan.
Provide market feedback to key stakeholders to formulate product and business strategies.
