Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in the Greater Perth Area. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, analyze sales metrics, and produce reports to track progress and performance. Additionally, the role involves mentoring and coaching team members to foster their professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales leadership, team management, and mentorship
  • Strong skills in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in sales analysis and reporting
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales is a plus
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
