The Opportunity

As we enter a growth phase of the business, we are searching for a highly motivated and hands-on Regional Sales Manager to gain sales penetration and develop a high performing team in VIC/SA, with responsibilities that extend into TAS/NT. This is an opportunity for a leader who has a growth mindset, can think critically, act decisively, and be customer-facing with their team to deliver exceptional results.

Reporting to the Sales Director, the successful candidate's responsibilities will include:

  • Business development and revenue growth focusing on our technical solution categories, including printer technologies (hardware, software and consumables), and generate leads for our RFID solutions
  • Own and grow your own assigned accounts including Top Tier Corporates
  • Sales strategy execution for Brady Australia
  • Lead, coach and develop a diverse sales team to achieve revenue growth and identify new business opportunities

What we are looking for:

  • Experienced BDM looking to take the next career step
  • Leadership experience with demonstrated results
  • Experience in negotiating agreements or project terms with key accounts or end users
  • Sales professional with sales account management/new business experience in the industrial, automotive or electrical space
  • Strategic agility, with the vision to create strategies and plans with an entrepreneurial approach
  • Confident presentation style with the desire and willingness to complete product demonstrations ie. printer solutions (industrial/portable/safety facility ID) with appropriate consumables, Lock Out Tag Out (procedural safety) and Workplace Safety
  • A positive 'can-do' attitude, working with others to meet team objectives
