We're looking for a Sales Administrator to join the Ray White Accounting Solutions (RWAS) team - playing a key role behind the scenes to keep our client relationships strong and our processes running smoothly. This role requires someone who can take initiative, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about making a positive impact. This is a busy role that offers a wide scope of accountability and requires you to work with a variety of personalities across the business.

About Us
Ray White Accounting Solutions (RWAS) is part of the Ray White Group and provides monthly accounting, sales trust accounting and software solutions to Ray White business owners. Whilst we currently have a hundred clients and twenty staff across the different divisions, the Australian Ray White network consists of approximately 650 businesses. This large potential client pool will drive growth of RWAS over the next decade.

What You'll Do

  • Daily trust account receipting/reconciliation (VaultRE)
  • Process vendor marketing contributions, reversals, refunds
  • Process marketing invoices (Hubdoc), update VaultRE schedules
  • Review/report on month-end bank/trust reconciliations
  • Manage settlement process: client/solicitor liaison, documentation, ABA files for approval
  • Team support during peak times or leave

Who You Are

  • Minimum 12 months trust accounting experience in Sales and/or Property Management (required)
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Able to adapt to an evolving role with enthusiasm
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
  • Experience using VaultRE (preferred, but not essential)
