We're growing and looking for experienced Site Manager's to join our high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a capable and commercially minded professional to play a pivotal role across a diverse portfolio of projects – while working within a business that values performance, integrity and professional development.

About the role

As a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for supervising all construction activities on work-sites and ensuring projects are completed safely, according to schedule and within budget.

Your prior experience as a dedicated Site Manager means you are a strong collaborator, proactive with solutions and hold safety and stakeholder relationships in high regard.

To be successful in this role, you will be:

  • A Site Manager with 5+ years of commercial construction experience
  • A positive and motivated individual, who leads by example
  • Able to maintain and develop effective working relationships with suppliers, subcontractors and clients
  • Committed to safety, with strong leadership skills to ensure targets are safely achieved
  • A strong communicator who thrives in a dynamic environment

Some of your daily duties will include:

  • Supervising and instructing construction workers as well as subcontractors in accordance with the project program
  • Inspecting sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards
  • Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and procedures
  • Setting up and managing site and ensure all site protection and signage are in place during the entirety of the project
