Due to continued growth in the multi residential sector, we are currently looking for a Site Manager for sites North and South of the river

About the role

As a Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of multi residential construction projects up to $30m. Our multi residential projects range in spec and quantities from 5 luxury 3 story townhouses to 50 single story over 55 Villas. This full-time position will see you managing all onsite operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate and oversee all construction activities on site, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control
  • Manage and mentor a team of construction professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks
  • Ensure strict compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record as a Site Manager or Supervisor in the multi-res or residential construction industry, preferably within the Perth/WA market
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and drawings
  • Proficient in the use of project management software and other relevant digital tools
  • Thorough understanding of occupational health and safety regulations and best practices
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management is advantageous
  • Experience working in live operating environments including schools is advantageous
