We're currently seeking an experienced Civil Site Manager to join a growing team delivering high-quality subdivision projects across Perth and surrounding areas. This is a hands-on role reporting to the Construction Manager, responsible for supervising site personnel, managing sub-contractors, and ensuring all construction activities are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage site personnel and plant operations.
  • Coordinate sub-contractors to ensure work meets project timelines and quality standards.
  • Implement and maintain OH&S and environmental controls on site.
  • Interpret and work from plans to guide construction activities.
  • Apply plant and machinery knowledge to optimise site operations.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years' civil construction supervision experience, ideally in subdivisions.
  • Intermediate surveying skills.
  • Advanced plan reading and plant/equipment knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of machinery capabilities.
  • Knowledge of OH&S and environmental work practices.

Role Details:

  • Team size: 5–10 personnel
  • Sites managed concurrently: 1–3
  • Preferred experience: drainage works, roadworks, and diverse civil plant operations
  • Vehicle provided as part of the package
