About the Role

Tardis Group International is representing a leading mining services provider seeking an experienced
Site Manager
to lead operations at a major
iron ore and processing facility
in regional WA.

This critical role oversees the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of outcomes across both fixed and mobile plant operations. You'll manage operational performance, production delivery, and preventative maintenance — driving a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team (supervisors, trades, and contractors) to achieve safety, production, and cost objectives.
  • Oversee production planning, maintenance scheduling, and operational execution.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and overall site financial performance.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure contract success.
  • Drive workforce engagement, development, and compliance with HR and IR frameworks.
  • Champion best-practice safety leadership and statutory obligations (Schedule 26).

About You

  • 5+ years in a senior supervisory or operational leadership role within mining or processing.
  • Experience across fixed plant (conveyors, crushing, SCADA/PLC systems) and maintenance planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results.
  • Confident leader with a proven record of building high-performing teams.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and client engagement skills.
  • Statutory Training for Responsible Managers (Schedule 26) essential; Diploma of Leadership/Management or trade qualification desirable.
