**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Content Creation**: Assist in developing and curating engaging content for social media, EDMs, newsletters and the AUSactive website.
- ** Social Media Support**: Help manage AUSactive’s social media accounts, schedule posts, respond to comments and monitor engagement metrics.
- ** Graphic Design**: Support the creation of visual content, including social media graphics, infographics and other marketing collateral.
- ** Website Updates**: Help update website content, ensuring it remains fresh and engaging while maintaining a consistent brand presence.
- ** Campaign Support**: Contribute to the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, helping to track performance and provide insights for optimisation.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure all digital marketing efforts align with AUSactive’s objectives and contribute to the organisation’s KPIs.

**Skills & Experience**:

- ** Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or graphic design
- ** Graphic Design Knowledge**: Proficiency in design
- ** Social Media Knowledge**: Experience managing or supporting social media platforms, including content creation and performance tracking.
- ** Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
- ** Organisational Skills**: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.

**Highly desired but not essential**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is highly desired.
- Experience within the not-for-profit, or membership-based organisations or within the exercise industry.
- Interest in healthy lifestyle
