This is a 12 month max-term parerntal leave cover, commencing January 2026. 

What you'll be doing:

As an Analytics Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind data-driven decision-making, transforming raw numbers into powerful insights that shape business strategy. You'll collaborate with squads to uncover deep insights into member behavior, partner engagement, and program effectiveness—fueling smarter decisions that enhance experiences, strengthen partnerships, and maximize business value. Your work will directly influence program structure, optimize member interactions, and drive measurable impact, ensuring squads hit their KPIs while delivering exceptional results.

You'll be great in this role if you:

• Have 3+ years experience in an insights analytics role or equivalent, with a focus on driving business outcomes
• Come with previous experience in build and design of self-serve reports and dashboards
• Are comfortable with consulting, influencing and advising key business stakeholders independently including Product and Marketing.
• Can mine large databases and producing sophisticated analytics, segmentation and targeting
• Have experience using digital analytics to deliver reporting, analyse and attribute conversion, generate insight and optimise digital experiences and campaigns
•  Are an expert SQL, Python (or similar) coding ability
• Are a natural with Power BI, Tableau (or similar) visualisation software
• Have a business partnering mindset; a strong and proactive collaborator with highly developed problem solving skills
• Understand key analytical concepts including statistical methodology
• Have a degree or post-graduate qualification in marketing, business, mathematics, analytics or related areas (desirable)
• Have loyalty program or loyalty marketing experience (desirable)
• Have worked in an agile workplace and are familiar with agile ceremonies and practices including SCRUM and Kanban (desirable)
• Are experienced in marketing campaign targeting, and post campaign analysis including test & learn methodology (desirable)
• Have Databricks ability
• Come from an airline, financial services or retail industry background
