About The Role
We're looking for a Senior Specialist in Global Product Analytics to join our high-impact Product Management team. This role is your opportunity to lead with data—solving ambiguous problems, uncovering insights, and driving product decisions that matter. You'll collaborate across R&D, engineering, and analytics teams to shape the future of our sleep and respiratory care portfolio.

As a data-savvy product leader, you'll work independently and in cross-functional squads to design and deliver actionable insights. You'll be the bridge between data and decision-making—translating complex analytics into clear, strategic direction.

What You'll Do

  • Lead data-driven problem solving across global product initiatives
  • Interpret complex datasets and communicate insights with clarity and impact
  • Collaborate across product, engineering, and analytics teams to drive innovation
  • Champion data visualization and advanced analytics tools to inform strategy
  • Build strong relationships and foster shared learning across the business
  • Stay curious—challenge assumptions, explore new methodologies, and push boundaries

What You Bring
Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline
  • 3+ years in Product Management and Data Analytics
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in both quantitative and qualitative methods
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), Excel modeling, and SQL/CQL
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Highly organized, process-oriented, and documentation-savvy

Preferred:

  • Experience with Python and/or R
  • Passion for product design and user impact
