About the role:

We are looking to hire a Logistics Team Leader for our Day Shift & Night Shift.

Day Shift: Monday – Friday from 6am – 2:06pm

Night Shift: Monday – Friday from 10pm – 6:06am

Key Responsibilities but not limited too:

  • Conduct daily toolbox talks and communicate operational updates to team members.
  • Mentor and support staff in their daily duties, encouraging development and progression.
  • Coordinate the movement of pallets from picking to palletising and dispatch areas.
  • Organise consumable movements between logistics and warehouse areas.
  • Monitor daily dispatch requirements and ensure all picking, scanning, and loading tasks are completed in alignment with transport timeslots.
  • Report all hazards, injuries, and near misses through the appropriate systems in a timely manner.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Strong team player with a proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to lead by example.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to escalate issues appropriately.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse systems and logistics KPIs.
