**About the role**:
Team Leader in our Picking section - Tuesday to Saturday starting at 6:00am till 2:06pm.

**Key Responsibilities but not limited too**:

- Conduct daily toolbox talks and communicate operational updates to team members.
- Mentor and support staff in their daily duties, encouraging development and progression.
- Coordinate the movement of pallets from picking to palletising and dispatch areas.
- Organise consumable movements between logistics and warehouse areas.
- Monitor daily dispatch requirements and ensure all picking, scanning, and loading tasks are completed in alignment with transport timeslots.
- Report all hazards, injuries, and near misses through the appropriate systems in a timely manner.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong team player with a proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to lead by example.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to escalate issues appropriately.
- Basic understanding of warehouse systems and logistics KPIs.
