We're growing and evolving, and we're about to embark on a significant WMS implementation project. That's where you come in.

The Role

As our Senior Logistics Manager, you will:

Lead WMS Implementation

  • Oversee the successful deployment of our new WMS, ensuring it aligns with operational goals and delivers measurable results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors as the key liaison between operations and the implementation team.

Mentor and Empower Our Team

  • Lead and develop three warehouse supervisors, fostering their growth and strengthening our culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Analyse processes, identify opportunities, and implement improvements to optimize efficiency.
  • Monitor KPIs and operational performance to ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.

This role is ideal for someone seeking part-time flexibility, working 2-3 days per week.

About You

You're a logistics leader with the skills and experience to hit the ground running. You bring:

  • Proven experience in logistics leadership, ideally in a 3PL environment.
  • Hands-on WMS implementation expertise.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities—you can inspire teams and elevate performance.
  • Strategic thinking and a results-driven mindset to identify solutions and drive improvements.
