About the Company

A leading specialist in water treatment and water recycling is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Sydney-based team. The Role

You will take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously, managing the full lifecycle from concept and design through to delivery, commissioning, and handover. This is a hands-on role where your ability to lead, communicate, and coordinate across technical and site-based teams will be key to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery for water treatment and recycling systems
  • Coordinate engineering, procurement, and site installation activities
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
  • Oversee project finances, including budgets, variations, and forecasting
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement and contribute to best-practice project management processes

About You

  • Background in water, construction, or related engineering industries
  • Mechanical engineering qualification preferred
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects concurrently within an SME environment
  • Strong financial and commercial understanding — project costing, accounting, and reporting
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
  • A proactive mindset and passion for sustainable, practical water solutions
