More about the role:
We're looking for a Nursing Projects Manager to join our team to lead and deliver complex nursing projects. This is a newly created role in a growing team.
Main responsibilities include:
- Leading project teams to achieve agreed project outcomes within agreed timeframes
- Leading the development and communication of detailed project documentation and processes, including business cases and project debrief sessions, to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Building strong relationships with a wide range of project stakeholders to achieve high-quality project outcomes
- Tracking, managing and communicating project risks, ensuring proactive mitigation and contingency planning
- Identifying and managing project dependencies, ensuring tasks and activities are aligned and completed on time
- Maintaining strong awareness of the availability of project resources, including project budgets, across the Nursing Program team
- Contributing to broader project management processes and planning within the Nursing Program team and across the Foundation
What you bring to the role:
Our ideal candidate has tertiary qualifications in project management (or related field) and proven experience successfully managing complex projects. Exceptional stakeholder management, strategic thinking and analytical skills are essential. As is excellent written and verbal communication skills and the proven ability to identify risk.
