About the role

At Your Nursing Agency (YNA), we are dedicated to delivering outstanding service to our clients and healthcare professionals. We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Client Services Manager
to join our team and ensure a consistently high standard of support across our local operations.

This role is responsible for developing effective, safe, and successful relationships with acute, aged care, and primary care clients. By driving client satisfaction, supporting retention, and implementing proactive engagement strategies, you will play a key role in the growth and success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Strengthen client retention and satisfaction, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Work closely with Allocations and Recruitment teams to maximise fill rates and minimise shift cancellations.
  • Address client feedback and service issues with effective, timely solutions.
  • Build strong professional relationships with stakeholders, referral sources, and industry contacts.
  • Provide leadership, support, and mentoring to customer service and allocations teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for service improvements.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions and prepare regular reporting on service outcomes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and uphold industry best practice standards.
  • Flexibility to undertake additional duties as required in our dynamic environment.
  • Occasional interstate travel may be required.
