About the role
Due to our continued growth, we have a need for Permanent full time Lifestyle Coordinator based at our Fullarton Residential Care Facility.

This role ensures the provision of high quality, resident-cantered services that enhance the well-being and satisfaction of all residents. This role involves developing and implementing engaging lifestyle programs, conducting thorough assessments and consultations, and collaborating with clinical staff to set and review individualised goals. The Coordinator also leads a team of Leisure and Lifestyle Assistants and volunteers, manages resources and budgets, and maintains accurate documentation to ensure effective sharing of information and program delivery. A key part of this position is recognising, respecting and responding to the individual needs and preferences of each resident.
