Clinical Manager

Are you an enthusiastic senior physio or OT looking to take the next step in your professional career?

We are seeking a motivated clinical manager with the skills to fulfil a newly-created role, providing senior clinical leadership and assist with the team's growth.

**About the role**

The role is Full Time, based out of our Frewville office and providing community services to older adults living at home.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and support a multi-D team of senior therapists
- Orientate new therapists to SAHCT's clinical policies and procedures
- Identify individual therapists' training needs in accordance with the SAHCT clinical skills framework
- Deliver, or coordinate, on-the-job training
- Support the therapy coordination team, as required, with clinical queries and the appropriate allocation of referrals
- Plan, coordinate, and/or deliver professional development sessions
- Plan, coordinate, and/or develop training resource materials
- Lead or participate in continuous improvement activities
- Provide therapy-specific advice and support to the Directors as requested
- Directly managing a small caseload

**Qualifications**

Full AHPRA registration as either a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist

If you are a passionate, professional, and caring Physio or OT who has experience leading teams, then we would love to hear from you

You will have the desire to take on responsibility, show initiative and possess exceptional communication skills. Experience mentoring and training staff is essential. Experience leading a multi-D is preferable, but we're also open to helpen those who may've had experience limited to their field of expertise take the next step in their career

**You will also need**
- Full AHPRA registration as either a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist.
- Experience in home and community care.
- An Australian driver's license and a reliable, registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
