Role requires availability across December and January, with a project shutdown from 25 December to 1 January inclusive.

What you'll do

  • Lead requirements elicitation with business stakeholders through structured workshops
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications
  • Model and optimise processes using BPMN, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Partner with solution designers and build teams to ensure feasibility and coverage of requirements
  • Manage requirements in Azure DevOps across the delivery lifecycle
  • Support sprint ceremonies, testing, and deployment, acting as the translator between business and technical teams
Requirements

  • Salesforce knowledge with preference for Experience Cloud exposure

  • Strong business process modelling with BPMN

  • Proven delivery of user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability
  • Hands on with requirements management tools, ideally Azure DevOps
  • Workshop facilitation and stakeholder communication across business and IT
  • Exposure to agile environments and multi vendor programs
