Territory Manager Opportunities – South East Metro

We're looking for an ambitious and self-driven Territory Manager to join our high-performing Sales Team, servicing Perth's South East Metro territory.

At Harcher, we distribute market-leading FMCG brands to the Petrol, Convenience, Independent Grocery, Licensed, & HORECA channels across WA. Representing some of Australia's most recognisable brands, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding service and commercial results.

About the Role

As a Territory Manager, you'll take ownership of an established customer base and be responsible for:

  • Driving sales growth and product distribution
  • Executing promotional plans in-store
  • Strengthening relationships with key accounts
  • Identifying new opportunities within your territory
  • Maintaining accurate reporting and market intelligence

What You'll Bring

We're looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years' field sales or relevant FMCG/wholesale experience, ideally in Convenience or Grocery.

You'll also need to demonstrate:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Commercial acumen and margin awareness

Analytical thinking and sound decision-making

A customer-first mindset

Solid PC skills and CRM literacy

High energy, initiative, and time management
