About the Role

Able Trailers is looking for an ambitious and resilient Sales Representative to join our high-growth team in Balcatta. This is a multi-faceted, fast-paced role where you'll manage the entire sales process from start to finish — from lead generation through to post-sale support.

Success in this role requires a high tolerance for fluctuating waves of business and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment. We're seeking someone proactive, customer-focused, and ready to grow alongside us as we continue to expand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities
  • Manage and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and technical support throughout every stage of the sales cycle
  • Collaborate closely with the wider team to contribute to overall company sales strategies and goals
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the Able Trailers brand and network with potential clients
  • Accurately maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Support marketing initiatives by assisting with the development of sales materials and campaigns

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in a sales role, ideally within the trailer, automotive, or heavy equipment industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust
  • Strong product knowledge and confidence in providing technical advice to customers
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently in a fast-moving environment
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • A current driver's licence and willingness to travel locally as required
