MotorOne Autobody is on the hunt for an experienced and passionate Automotive Estimator to join our professional and friendly team in Geelong North. If you're committed to great customer service and want to work in a fast-paced, rewarding environment—this is the role for you.


About the Role

As an Estimator you'll be a key link between the customer and the repair process, ensuring every job runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Greeting and assisting customers with care and professionalism from the beginning to the end of the repair process
  • Preparing accurate quotes and working with insurers and customers providing professional updates and follow-ups.
  • Performing vehicle arrival inspections, including damage mapping & imaging
  • Assisting our Customer Service Officer with managing phone calls, email enquires and general administrative tasks.
  • Delivering an excellent experience from start to finish

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Strong technical knowledge of automotive structures and repair methods
  • Experience with systems such as iBodyshop, PartsCheck, or Audanet
  • A solid understanding of modern motor vehicle repair processes
  • Great time management, computer literacy, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude
  • The ability to stay organised in a fast-moving workshop environment
