Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team on a minimum 6-month maternity leave contract at a leading truck dealership.

In this pivotal role, you'll support the end-to-end sales process—from vehicle order through to delivery—ensuring every vehicle is registered, compliant, and ready to hit the road.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the preparation and timely registration of new trucks for customer delivery.
  • Manage and process all sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Complete and submit all required VicRoads paperwork, ensuring full compliance with local regulations.
  • Liaise effectively with internal departments, suppliers, and clients to streamline delivery schedules and ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for compliance, and audit requirements.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role, ideally within the automotive or transport industry would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of VicRoads registration processes and vehicle compliance an advantage.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • A proactive team player who can also work independently.
