Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth in your area.
  • Promote our brand & Support coffee sales through phone and face-to-face interactions
  • Maintain a consistent customer calling schedule.
  • Encourage customers to use our app and website for orders.
  • Submit daily Sales reports.
  • Conduct telemarketing to reach potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Warehouse Teams.
  • Address customer enquiries promptly.
  • Ensure company vehicle is clean and well-maintained.
  • Service coffee equipment and chemical dispensing systems.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Love for coffee and the ability to share that passion.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.
