About the role

CKD Automotive is seeking a motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Pennant Hills, NSW. This full-time role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our busy automotive workshops, providing exceptional customer service and coordination of vehicle repairs.

What you'll be doing

  • Liaise with customers to understand their vehicle service and repair needs
  • Diagnose and prioritise repair requirements, providing cost estimates and repair recommendations
  • Communicate with customers throughout the repair process, providing updates on progress and timelines
  • Process customer payments and schedule future appointments
  • Maintain accurate records of all vehicle services and repairs
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role in the automotive industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers and workshop staff
  • Proficient in using automotive management systems and administrative software (ERA POWER)
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for providing outstanding customer service
