Do you dream in carburettors, speak fluent torque, and have a soft spot for chrome bumpers? At BMC Performance, we're on a mission to breathe new life into Classic Cars—and we need another top mechanic in the workshop to help make that happen.

Based in the heart of Geelong, we take pride in our quality craftsmanship, a no-nonsense approach to customer service, and a team that genuinely loves what they do (and occasionally argues over which decade had the best cars).

We're on the lookout for a skilled Mechanic to join our expanding team and help us bring classic cars back to life.

Your Role in the Crew:

As our newest Mechanic, you'll be elbow-deep in nostalgia—servicing, repairing, and tuning some of the most iconic cars ever built. No two days will be the same, and that's exactly how we like it.

What You'll Be Doing:

· Writing inspection reports (the legible kind).

· Fault diagnosis (aka "figuring out what that weird noise is").

· Servicing and tuning engines to purr like it's 1969.

· Rebuilding engines, gearboxes, and restoring steering & suspension to their prime.

· Fabricating & modifying vehicle components with creativity and precision.

· Keeping clear, detailed records—because future-you will thank you.

· Maintaining high standards (both mechanically and hygienically—we like clean tools & cleaner workspaces).

What We're Looking For:

· Cert III in Automotive Mechanical Repair (the real deal).

· Solid experience as a mechanic—bonus points if you've worked with classic vehicles.

· Services & Tuning

· Manual driver's licence (and yes, you should know what a choke is).

· Fabrication & modification experience? That's a big tick

· Someone who's clean, organised, time-efficient, and doesn't need a search party to find their 10mm socket.

· A forward-thinking individual with a can-do attitude.
