Are you looking to further your career in logistics and business analytics?

Avenir Ingredients is a privately owned, fast-growing ingredients distributor within the personal care market, working across ANZ. We're looking for an energetic self starter who is keen to learn, grow, and contribute to our dynamic, young and diverse team. Reporting to the Logistics and Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Key tasks of the role:

  • Support internal logistics enquiries and communicate with freight forwarders to ensure efficient solutions.
  • Input data and upload documentation into the ERP system accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and reconcile stock reports, ensuring accurate inventory records.
  • Prepare customised reports and analysis providing actionable insights for internal teams and suppliers.
  • Generate customised reports for each supplier.
  • Identify, propose, and help implement improved business processes.
  • Utilise advanced Excel skills to analyse data and produce reports for business insights.
  • Assist with regular stocktakes

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Desirable: Bachelor of business or experience/qualifications in logistics
  • Experience with Netsuite or similar ERP system is an advantage
  • Minimum Diploma level or above qualifications
  • Advanced Excel skills and computer skills. Python and SQL are an advantage
  • Eye for detail and the ability to analyse data and prepare reports
  • Solutions and outcomes driven with problem solving skills and initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
