About Us

The Eternal Bouquet is an ecommerce brand specialising in real flowers that last over a year and personalised floral gifts. We create timeless products that bring joy and beauty to our customers across Australia. As a small, dynamic business, every team member plays an important role in our success.

We're looking for a versatile and proactive individual to join us as an Operations & Creative Assistant to support our founders in the day-to-day operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Fulfilment: Picking, packing, and fulfilling customer orders with precision and care.
  • Creative Support: Assisting the founder in the creative direction and branding of the business.
  • Business Operations: Managing stock levels, assisting with inventory control, assisting in creating stunning floral arrangements for our premium products and ensuring smooth logistical operations.
  • Marketing Assistance: Helping with social media scheduling, email campaigns, and other marketing tasks.
  • Administrative Tasks: Responding to customer inquiries, maintaining records, and supporting ad-hoc administrative duties requested by the founders.
  • Personal Assistance: Providing direct support to the founder with tasks such as organising schedules, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring day-to-day activities run efficiently.

About You

  • You're highly organised, proactive, and thrive in a dynamic hybrid fast-paced environment.
  • You enjoy a varied role and are willing to take on a mix of tasks with enthusiasm.
  • You're detail-oriented and take pride in delivering quality work.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You're tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Canva is a bonus).
  • Previous experience in an ecommerce or creative business is an advantage but not essential.
