SANECTORare a dynamic organisation providing the Australian wine & beverage industries a comprehensive range of services relating to bottling, packaging, warehousing and distribution of wine and beverages.

We are currently looking for experienced Cellar Hand to join our SANECTOR team based at Ottoway, Adelaide.

This is a great opportunity to join our busy, hands on team and experience all aspects of our beverage manufacturing and production business.

Position Description

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Blending of wine and beverages in preparation for bottling team;
  • Unloading of bulk wine, bulk wine transfers, bulk beverage blends and additions including Wine filtration (crossflow and pad);
  • Cellar hygiene & maintenance;
  • Bulk wine and beverage quality control;
  • Documentation and data handling including HACCP and BRC;
  • Stock management & ordering;
  • Training in laboratory analysis is also provided;
  • Safe and efficient operation of forklifts;
  • Maintain stock integrity in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice;
  • Other duties as required.

Previous experience in beverage handling is highly regarded.  A proven ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a strong attention to detail is required. The successful applicants will be an all-rounder, willing to chip in anywhere to meet our deadlines and achieve our goals. This role has a rotating roster shift pattern - Morning and afternoon shifts.
