Tania Olsen Designs is a leading bridal and evening dress brand seeking a dynamic and fashion-oriented Wholesale Wedding & Evening Dress Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our sales efforts while driving international growth for our exquisite wedding, bridesmaid, and evening dress designs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing wholesale accounts and maintaining strong relationships with our valued partners.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to wholesale clients, offering product knowledge, guidance, and assistance throughout the sales process.
  • Support our international sales team by processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring timely shipment of products.
  • Processing daily orders through stock picking and packing.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales within the fashion industry, preferably with a focus on wedding dress, bridesmaid, or evening dress collections.
  • A strong passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends, with an understanding of the bridal and evening wear market.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong organizational and time-management. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a results-driven mindset and a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
  • A strong attention to detail and the ability to mange a fast paced environment.
