The Role & Who We Are Looking For
Due to an internal promotion, PFX Group is seeking a Sales Administration Officer to join their dynamic national sales team to provide everyday sales support to primarily our QLD and NSW sales team.
Based in our Lytton (Brisbane) Head Office, the ideal candidate will have strong administration and communication skills (across multi-platforms), great attention to detail and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a sales support or executive administration position is highly ideal.
Your Duties include, but not limited to:
- Supporting the sales team on a one-to-one basis but also communicating on a wider basis with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist managing correspondence and email overflow
- Provide full administration support including the preparation of high-quality presentations, tenders, correspondence, and reports
- Coordinate internal meetings
- Assist with special projects as directed
- Provide adhoc support for maintaining administration for Major Accounts
Ideally you will have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience working as Sales Support or Administration Assistant.
- A professional well-presented and highly organised individual.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), experience within D365 environment is an advantage.
- A proactive, dependable and solutions focused approach
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
