Our client is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to lead the planning, delivery, and ongoing improvement of their software platform.

This is a key role within a collaborative team, responsible for ensuring an exceptional client experience while driving process and product efficiencies.

We're looking for someone who's
proactive, loves delighting customers, and has superpowers in time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving

You'll be the main point of contact for clients — managing projects, timelines, and communication — while identifying opportunities to enhance the platform and streamline operations.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate platform delivery, logistics, and ongoing improvements
  • Manage client relationships with clear, proactive communication
  • Lead one direct report and contribute to a positive team culture
  • Identify and implement process and platform improvements
  • Support event and platform operations to ensure smooth delivery
