National Facility Services has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Building Manager to manage a state of the art residential building in Greater Melbourne.
You will be responsible for the delivery of outstanding service, with a focus on the day-to-day operations and management of the building. This state of the art development requires a self-motivated, high-level communicator with a keen eye for detail.
You will need to possess strong leadership and excellent organization and time management skills to ensure the highest standards are delivered to the residents, clients and their asset.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be required to:
· Manage all service contractors to the building
· Ensure building compliance with all Essential Services
· Continually enhance the operation in keeping with the company's philosophy of service to the client
· Be highly organized with strong attention to detail
· Ensure all records concerning the building are regularly kept up to date
· Undertake administrative duties relating to projects as directed by management
· Build productive relationships with clients and service providers
· Manage resident move in/move out's
· Enforcement of OC rules
· Regularly liaise with the OC Manager
To be successful in this role you must:
· Have a passion for customer service
· Excellent personal presentation standards
· Effectively manage multiple stakeholders
· Foster client relationships and encourage a community culture
· Have excellent written and oral communication skills
· Proficient in multiple IT solutions
· Have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
· Demonstrate a high level of responsiveness
· Previous Building Management experience is preferred
· Mandarin speaking highly desirable
