Site Manager

Our client is a diversified commercial builder working across projects from $20M - $200M Nationally. In Victoria the business have multiple projects starting towards years end and are looking for 2 Site Managers to move onto projects that will see them working throughout 2026 into the early stages of 27.
Both projects are located in Melbourne's inner South East with a $90M multistorey office project and a $60M industrial D&C complex. In your role as Site Manager you will be tasked with running one of these projects overseeing all subcontractor trades and delegating work across your foreman and Leading Hand resources.
Your Site Management background will ensure you have a strong understanding of programming and buildability with an ability to forecast design and construction related issues before they happen. You will have excellent communication skills, and an ability to communicate both up and down the line.
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to OHS best practise is essential in this role. Supported by extensive resources at coordination and foreman level, this role will have you working with an established project management team with a long term client.
Successful applicants will have a minimum 5 years experience running commercial construction projects here in Victoria at Site Management level. A stable work history with a demonstrated background of starting and completing projects with the same employer is essential.
