Responsibilities:

  • Appoint and oversee internal trades, subcontractors and restoration specialists.
  • Create collaborative relationships with homeowners, insurance partners, and internal support teams.
  • Keep a watchful eye over on-site progress, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget
  • Respond and manage escalations with precision, addressing issues with effective solutions.
  • Stay vigilantly attuned to the scope of work, ready to adapt to any changes.
  • Ensure on-site Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) protocols, processes, and standards.

Desired Attitude, Skills, and Experience:

  • Possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in residential construction and remediation projects.
  • Prior knowledge of the intricacies of insurance procedures and policies is a definite advantage.
  • Hold a trade qualification and exhibit a track record of project management skills.
  • Demonstrate a understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry benchmarks.
  • Showcase a knack for effective people management and an unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Be competent in computer operations and have administrative and time management skills
