We are looking for a motivated, mature and professional Assistant Building Manager / Concierge to join our team in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have excellent initiative and a desire to grow in the role. There is an opportunity to commence part-time, with a move into a full-time position for the correct candidate.

Duties:

  • Welcome and assist residents, guests, and contractors
  • Support day-to-day building operations and facilities management.
  • Maintain a high standard of service and presentation

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Pleasant and approachable personality.
  • Multilingual skills are highly valued – English essential; Mandarin and Cantonese/Hokkien an advantage.
  • Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to the role.
